As you publicly recognize support for your projects, please consider acknowledging West Central Initiative in your news releases, newsletters, brochures, annual reports, website content, social media posts, and other promotional materials. By doing so, you will help spread the word about how West Central Initiative supports grassroots action across west central Minnesota and White Earth Nation.

Examples of How and Where to Acknowledge West Central Initiative

“Funding for (your organization/grant program) was provided (in part/by) the West Central Initiative’s (name of grant).”

Please include the following boilerplate in news releases:

Grant Reporting

We invite you to complete your grant reporting form in the SurveyMonkey Apply grant portal.

Once you log into your SurveyMonkey Apply account with the same login information you used to apply, click “My Applications” in the top right corner of your screen. Your grant reporting form is associated with the application you submitted. It will show up as a task to complete under that application. Please ensure that you click “Submit” after completing your grant reporting form.
