Overview
The Barnesville Area Community Fund is excited to offer multiple Barnesville Education Scholarships for Tomorrow (BEST) scholarships to graduating seniors. The proceeds from various fundraising activities, generous donations and the Barnesville Area Community Fund drive all contributed to funds that will be available to 2025 graduating seniors.
BEST scholarships also include Named Scholarships which are provided by donations from various donors and organizations. All applications will be reviewed for criteria meeting the Named Scholarship criteria and those scholarships will be awarded accordingly.
The BEST Advisory board is looking forward to reviewing the applications and awarding the scholarships to deserving students.
The deadline for applications is March 16. Completion of this application will determine eligibility for receiving funds that have been set aside to help BHS students who plan to further their education at a college or trade school.
Students will be sent a confirmation email upon successful completion of the application.
Please keep this confirmation for your records. Submission of appplication gives BACF permission for the school to share the student’s GPA, ACT scores and validate college courses completed. This information will be utilized to assess the scholarship application and kept private.
