Brad and Nancy Straw’s Lifetime of Generosity
Nancy Straw has a long history of service. Raised on a farm near Slayton, Minnesota, she met her husband, Brad, in Mitchell, South Dakota, where she began her career working in the nonprofit field. In 1996, Nancy accepted a position in economic development with West Central Initiative. She served on the lending team for three years before spending another 15 years as the organization’s President.
