Scholarship Application
Please complete this application so we can determine your eligibility for receiving funds set aside to help the upcoming 2026 graduates of Morris Area ISD #2769 who plan to go on to postsecondary education, and who satisfy other criteria developed by The Morris Area Public School Foundation. This list is by no means exhaustive and could be subject to change.
Complete the application below at your earliest convenience, then attach the appraisal you had completed by a teacher or advisor. If this procedure is inappropriate, you may select an employer, a member of the clergy, a job supervisor, or any other person who is in a position to evaluate you according to the criteria given. The appraiser may NOT be a relative.
If any questions do not apply to your current situation, please provide an explanatory note referring to the questions by section in the “Additional notes or comments” field at the end of the application.
You are responsible for seeing that all supporting documents are attached and submitted. The Morris Area Public School Foundation reserves the right to process only applications found to be complete as of the application deadline.
This application serves as the evaluating document for around 30 scholarships at amounts varying between $500-$5,000. These parameters are by no means exhaustive and could be subject to change.
